  107.           ImgFun is  a   powerful  image compression   and  enhancement
  108.       program for  computer  images.   ImgFun is  designed to let   you
  109.       regain the tremendous amount of disk space occupied by   GIF like
  110.       images  in  your    system  and explore the  pleasure of  viewing
  111.       images in the awesome 256-color SVGA modes.

  174.                                3.  System Requirement
  175.  
  176.           A  lot efforts   have been made  to make ImgFun   as lean and
  177.       fast as possible.

  179.        [1]  286  or better PC  with DOS 2.0  or above
  180.        [2]  300 to 450K   of free memory  under DOS,  no   extended  or
  181.             expanded memory needed. Some of the memory  is  dynamically
  182.             allocated.  For the viewer, you need at least 300K.
  183.        [3]  VGA or  SVGA display  system. See  "SVGA  support" for SVGA
  184.             support list.
  185.        [4]  Hard  disk  space for loading and  processing  images.  One
  186.             mega bytes  or  above  free  space  is required. If you use
  187.             ImgFun as a viewer only, no hard disk is required.

  189.           For the bulkiness of image data  and the tremendous computing
  190.       load for   processing images, a  386,  or 486  computer  with   2
  191.       mega bytes  of  free   disk   space is recommended.  ImgFun  uses
  192.       disk files  for loading images  up   to  1024   by   1024, thus a
  193.       disk cache like the smartdrv  in DOS 5.0  or Windows  3.0  &  3.1
